If you are going to commute to get here, the easiest way is to:

 

Ride a bus going to Olongapo via SCTEX (Subic-Clark-Tarlac EXit). You can ride a Victory Liner in their Caloocan and Cubao terminal. You can also ride any bus going to Olongapo city.

Once you're there in Olongapo city, take a yellow jeep going to Gate 2 of SBMA wherein the terminal to Morong is there.

Once you are in Morong town, ride a tricycle going to Morong Star Beach Resort.

The other way is via Balanga, Bataan:

 

From Manila or Quezon city, you can ride any bus going to Balanga, Bataan.

Once you're in Balanga, Bataan terminal,

look for a mini bus going to Morong, Bataan.
