Check-in is at 1:00pm and check-out is at 12:00pm.

 

DAY TOUR HOURS

Resort will try to accommodate day tours without any reservations for room accommodations depending on availability. Check out time will be 5pm.

 

OCCUPANCY

For the comfort of all the guests, maximum room occupancy shall be enforced however only two additional people will be allowed in each room and additional charges will be imposed. Please check with reception.

 

PETS

Pets are not allowed on the premises.

 

PROPER CONDUCT

Proper conduct is requested from all guests.

 

NIGHT TIME PERIOD

In consideration to other guests, kindly refrain from loud music or any noise between 10:00pm to 7:00am. Karaokes and mobile sound systems are allowed only during exclusive and pre-arranged functions.

 

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND SMOKING

As part of our commitment in keeping our place family-friendly, we do not sell cigarettes and liquors. However, we allow guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages and cigarettes. In regard to this matter, management has the authority to limit customers from taking in liquors inside the resort premises. Over intake of alcoholic drinks may result untoward incidents that management will not tolerate. Said drinks may be consumed only within your rented areas and some designated premises. Please DRINK MODERATELY.

 

Smoking is not allowed in all enclosed areas and several locations of the resort with no smoking sign. Smoking areas are provided in some parts of the resort.

 

WATER

Please help conserve water at all times.

 

WET CLOTHING

Please hang wet clothing and towels on hanging racks provided in each areas.

 

SAND IN YOUR UNIT

Outside showers for rinsing and water jars/ faucets for washing your feet are provided for your use. Please refrain from bringing sand into your unit.

 

CLEANLINESS

Please help keep the premises clean and sanitary at all times.

 

COOKING

Cooking is not allowed in all enclosed areas and within hotels. Resort provided designated areas for cooking located in the grounds of the resort.

 

GARBAGE DISPOSAL

Trash bins are provided in strategic areas. Littering is strictly prohibited.

 

PARKING

All vehicles must be parked at designated parking areas only. Vehicles are not allowed to enter the beachfront.

 

WATERCRAFT AND OTHER VEHICLES

Personal watercrafts, motorcycles, ATVs are allowed only if previously arranged and subject to surcharges.
